CJC-1295: THE PEPTIDE THAT WORKS EVEN BETTER THAN IBUTAMOREN
GH and IGF-1 boosting preparation in drop form
Although CJC-1295 was developed by the pharmaceutical company ConjuChem Technologies in 2005 (as an anti-obesity drug), the peptide only attracted attention in the fitness world a few years ago. It was discovered that CJC-1295 stimulates the release of growth hormones GH and IGF-1 much more sustainably than substances like ibutamoren or semorelin. A single dose of CJC-1295 (30–60 mcg/kg body weight) led to a 2- to 10-fold increase in plasma GH concentrations in healthy adults! Furthermore, this effect is long-lasting: mean IGF-I levels remained elevated for up to 28 days after CJC-1295 administration [1]. Animal studies have confirmed that CJC-1295 acts as a GRF analogue for a very long time, thus ensuring that growth hormone levels remain elevated over an extended period. The resulting effects are particularly interesting for female and male bodybuilders:
- Muscle growth is promoted. (Growth hormone stimulates protein synthesis.)
- Fat loss is also promoted. (On the one hand, growth hormone stimulates fat burning in addition to protein synthesis; on the other hand, CJC-1295 also has positive effects on prolactin levels, which is reflected in an increased fat metabolism rate [3].)
- Sleep becomes more restful. (Growth hormones play a crucial role in sleep quality.)
- The bones and the stabilizing connective tissue, i.e. tendons and ligaments, become stronger.
ADVANTAGES OF CJC-1295 DROPS AT A GLANCE
CJC-1295 drops can be administered directly into the mouth. The peptide is then absorbed through the oral mucosa. Compared to anabolic steroids and steroid-like agents that stimulate the androgen receptor, CJC-1295 has very clear advantages:
- The peptide has both anabolic (muscle-building) and lipolytic (fat-reducing) effects.
- It is non-androgenic, meaning it does not negatively affect hair growth, skin, and (in men) the prostate.
- It does not cause any estrogen-related side effects.
- It does not suppress the body's own testosterone production.
